1. General Introduction & Acceptance

Each person may open only one fb444 account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and the funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure. If your details change, please inform fb444's support team as soon as possible.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fb444 may request documents for identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time. These may include:

• Mobile number verification
• Proof of ownership of payment method

If KYC documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed or the account may be restricted.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Password Security

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed or if an account review is in progress.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited
• fb444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited

5.4 VIP Program

fb444's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent activity and play. Details of VIP benefits are subject to change.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the fb444 system successfully confirms it and the applicable amount is deducted from the balance. If a bet is not processed due to a technical issue or network interruption, it will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi and various other sports. The outcome of any event will be determined based on the official result of the relevant authority. If a match is abandoned midway, fb444's own settlement policy will apply.

6.3 Casino Games

fb444's casino section offers slots, live table games and other games. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The terms of game software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) also apply.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game session, fb444 will assess the situation based on system logs. The result recorded in the database will be considered final. If any winnings are voided due to a technical issue, fb444 will take appropriate action.

6.5 Suspicious Bets

fb444 reserves the full right to investigate any bet or transaction it considers suspicious and to take necessary action.

7. Prohibited Activities
